Menus change daily and are built on what is fresh, local, and abundant. Zambia’s rich agricultural landscape offers an ever-evolving pantry, from wild honey and sweet summer fruits to river-caught fish and grass-fed beef. Our culinary team, led by Group Executive Chef Anton Rautenbach, works closely with farmers and producers across the country, championing sustainability and showcasing the very best of what Zambia has to offer.
Dining takes many forms across our camps. It might be breakfast cooked over the coals at sunrise, a long lunch beside the river, or an elegant three-course dinner in camp.
